Cancellation Policy

Due to the specific time commitment for each appointment, our cancellation policy requires a 48-hour advance notice (2 business days).

If your appointment is for a Monday, you must cancel by Thursday of the previous week. We urge you to cancel well in advance if a scheduling conflict arises. The full appointment fee will be charged if we are not given that 48-hour notice of cancellation.

We do understand that emergencies occasionally arise, and, in that event, on a case-by-case basis, we will consider rescheduling your appointment to a more convenient time.

Payment Policy

For all new patients, partial payment is expected at the time of scheduling. Payment for your visit may be made by cash, check, credit card or PayPal. Please contact our office to inquire about fees.
